60 JUNO (10:00 PM) (Dreampop - Merced, US) Hailing from Merced, California, 60juno stands out as one of the figures of the Central Valley post-punk scene, blending deep nostalgia with ethereal and captivating melodies.

Inspired by the rise of Southern California's DIY indie rock scene in 2016, as well as the parallel golden age of underground rap on Sound Cloud, the 60juno project was born in a lonely teenager's isolated bedroom during the 2020 lockdown.

Realising that composing his own music wasn't as inaccessible as he had imagined, the independent artist became the sole driving force behind his project, personally handling the bass, drums, guitar, and vocals present on each of his tracks.

60juno pushes the melancholic and dreamy aesthetic of DIY indie rock into more post-punk territories, adding more energy and deep, rough vocals.

This fusion has given birth to a singular sound universe that distinguishes him and allows him to progressively assert a striking musical identity that is remembered.
