Between the trumpeter, who has established herself as a unique voice in French jazz, recently awarded best instrumental artist of the year at the Victoires du Jazz 2026, and the accordionist, mentored in his early career by Claude Nougaro and accustomed to providing counterpoint to personalities of the calibre of Jean Rochefort or André Minvielle, their exchanges are attentive, tender, and passionate.
For a decade, they have patiently cultivated their friendship in a long-running musical conversation, and they still have so much to tell each other and to tell us.
