Journées Européennes du Patrimoine : la programmation plein air de La Seine Musicale

As part of the European Heritage Days and La Seine Musicale's Open Day, come and discover outdoor artistic performances, resonating with the monumental works on Île Seguin. Circus, dance, music… young and old alike can enjoy a poetic programme full of surprises!

La Seine Musicale opens its doors on Saturday 19th September 2026 from 10 am to 6 pm. For this open day, numerous activities are on offer: guided tours, concerts, open rehearsals, discovery of the new immersive installation at Seine Lab, a place for experimentation around sound and digital technology and its young audience workshops, virtual reality experiences… not forgetting the outdoor contemporary art trail on Île Seguin. Around La Seine Musicale, from 11 am to 6 pm, artistic performances will take over the public space, resonating with the works on Île Seguin. On the programme:

A musical tour of the works in the Gauthier Mougin departmental park (Free - By reservation - at 11 am)

With the help of sound objects, cellos and their voices, two musicians take us on a sound journey to rediscover the artistic and natural heritage of Île Seguin. La lévitation réelle - Compagnie L’immédiat – Camille Boitel (Three surprise interventions around La Seine Musicale at 3 pm, 3:30 pm and 4 pm)

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, something suddenly seems to escape the most basic laws. Five characters emerge in the public space and draw passers-by into a strange adventure where bodies seem to defy gravity. Between acrobatic prowess, illusion and poetry, La lévitation réelle transforms the street into a place of wonder for a few minutes. A suspended moment, as joyful as it is unsettling, which invites us to look at the world from another angle. Last performance at 4 pm around Kohei Nawa's work Ether, at the downstream tip of Île Seguin.
