Overview
Passi, né en 1972 à Brazzaville (Congo), arrive en France en 1979 et grandit à Sarcelles. , pionnier du rap français. Après le succès des albums Pourquoi tant de haine? et 95200, il crée le Secteur Ä et contribue à révéler de nombreux artistes.
Sa carrière solo décolle avec Les Tentations (1997), disque d’or et immense succès populaire. Il fonde ensuite son label Issap Productions et le collectif Bisso Na Bisso, récompensé à l’international.
Artiste engagé, acteur, réalisateur et producteur, il mène aussi des actions culturelles et humanitaires en Afrique et en France. Figure majeure du rap francophone depuis plus de 30 ans, il continue de créer et de se produire sur scène.
En 2026, il sort l’album Bande Originale, réunissant plusieurs générations du rap français et africain.
