Saazbuzz Jazz Festival - 2nd Edition

Saeid & Naghib Shanbezadeh- Arat Kilo ft. Mamani Keita & Mike Ladd - Richard Bona Quintet

Le Trianon will host the closing night of the second edition of the SaazBuzz Jazz Festival. For this occasion, Richard Bona Quintet, one of the great names in contemporary jazz, will present a concert where Central African traditions meet the melodic richness, freedom of improvisation, and energy of jazz. Before the Richard Bona Quintet concert, Arat Kilo, accompanied by Mamani Keïta and Mike Ladd, will offer a creation where the heritage of Ethio-jazz dialogues with funk, afrobeat, and spoken word in a resolutely contemporary approach. Opening the evening, Saeid Shanbehzadeh and Naghib Shanbehzadeh will introduce the musical traditions of Bushehr and the Persian Gulf through the ney-anbân, percussion, and a musical heritage passed down from generation to generation. A programme bringing together three artistic projects with strong identities, conceived to conclude the second edition of the SaazBuzz Jazz Festival at Le Trianon.
