The American psych garage rock band Meatbodies returns to Paris for a concert at Point Éphémère!

After years of increasingly wild shows in front of hyped-up crowds, with an ever-evolving band line-up, fatigue finally caught up with him and Ubovich understood that a new change was on the horizon.

He then retreated into the underbelly of Los Angeles, searching for meaning and a fresh start. Ubovich surrendered to this world, neglected his own well-being, and tried to forget his successes. It was at this moment that Flora Ocean Tiger Bloom began to take shape.

After quitting drinking, Ubovich started writing at home and in various studios with his long-time collaborator Dylan Fujioka. Official production of Flora finally began in 2019, but the story remained unfinished.

Disagreements with the studio caused tensions and the project was halted. The half-finished album then seemed abandoned.

After tensions eased and many discussions about the future of the record, Ubovich finally got the green light to finish production in 2020 – but a new obstacle arose: the pandemic. And as the world paused, the idea of Flora Ocean Tiger Bloom was also put aside.

Refusing to stay still at home, Ubovich delved back into his old demos with Fujioka while continuing to write for Flora. From this work came 333, which became Meatbodies' third official album.

Yet, Flora never truly left his mind, and Ubovich returned once again to the idea of finishing this almost mythical album. When restrictions began to lift, he went to Gold Diggers Sound studio, accompanied by engineer Ed McEntee and a team of friends and collaborators.
