Overview
It is difficult to define Fazil Say as anything other than himself. Both an interpreter and a composer, he is a complete artist with infinite imagination. The programme he presents is a reflection of this. The Goldberg Variations are one of those unidentified objects of human creation that are impossible to classify or even explain. Without repeating himself, Fazil Say recounts them in his own way, taking each variation on a journey through the imaginary world that is his mind. Once he reaches the end of Bach's monument, he takes us to other facets, other valleys of his thought. This will be followed by works from his very personal "concept albums" Morning/Evening, as well as other compositions.
