Gauguin Van Gogh

This is the story of two geniuses cohabiting, which didn't end very well. Everyone knows the final event, Van Gogh's severed ear. But how did he reach such a level of despair, such an insane gesture? A few weeks earlier, Gauguin joined Vincent in Arles. The latter had been living there for a few months, with a certain serenity, joy in his brushstrokes. The idea? To found an artists' house there, in Provence. The play retraces these nine incandescent weeks. In condensed form, of course, but with a real concern for fidelity to the many known elements, as it was written under the expert vigilance of David Haziot.
