Emile, 79, a grumpy but endearing man, is placed in a senior residence for a few months.
His two daughters, Martine, a devoted provincial, and Caroline, an overworked Parisian, visit him, but they are unaware that he has faked his fragility for a much more personal reason: to find Philippine, his childhood sweetheart, now a centenarian.
Supported by Vanessa, a bright and benevolent caregiver, Emile will give meaning to his final chapters. Funny, tender, and full of humanity, JE REVIENS TE CHERCHER explores aging, late-life love, family ties, and the sometimes comical daily life of geriatric establishments.
