Levara

LEVARA is made up of three musicians whose careers had already taken them to the four corners of the world before they were brought together. Based in Los Angeles, the band comprises singer Jules Galli, guitarist and producer Trev Lukather, and drummer Josh Devine. Born in France, Jules Galli built his reputation through intensive touring, notably as a backing vocalist with Jane’s Addiction. Trev Lukather, son of legendary Toto guitarist Steve Lukather, has written and produced for artists such as Halestorm, Billy Corgan, and Dorothy, and co-founded the band The Effect with drummer Nic Collins. Josh Devine, best known as One Direction’s long-time drummer, settled in Los Angeles after leaving the UK, where his chemistry with Jules and Trev became the cornerstone of LEVARA’s sound.

In 2019, LEVARA supported Toto across Europe, which led to a signing with Mascot Records and the release of their eponymous debut album in 2021. The COVID pandemic and internal difficulties abruptly halted their trajectory. Five years later, Jules and Trev quietly began writing together again, Josh resumed his place on drums, and the connection immediately reignited.
