From “Miyazaki”, inspired by Hayao Miyazaki, to committed tracks like “Good Girl” and “Good Boy”, Paris Paloma explores power dynamics, desire, and solidarity, while drawing on a rich imagination nourished by literary and artistic references, notably Donna Tartt’s “The Secret History” and the writings of bell hooks.
