Welcome to Cristies Company, where everything is going haywire: a toxic boss, receptionists who are more chatty than productive, a rather peculiar head of security, and other employees who just want to... survive the day. Fortunately, Cerise arrives, a highly motivated corporate coach, determined to rekindle "the collective flame. " Suffice to say, it won't go as planned. Between fierce satire and a feel-good musical, "Team Buildingue" humorously and tenderly dissects the world of work, its absurdities... but also its beauty: that of the collective, of sharing, and of those moments when, despite everything, we manage to come together. You'll laugh (a lot), you'll recognise yourself (a little too much), and you'll leave with a smile — and a fierce desire to party with your colleagues in the open space the next day.
