From house shows to small clubs, and even opening for Beck, their crystalline and saturated sounds with math rock and surf touches, imbued with a post-punk spirit, have given rise to one of the sharpest catalogues of the last decade. Yot Club is a multi-platinum indie-rock singer-songwriter. With his 3rd album Simpleton, he scuttles the utopian vision of American suburbs, turning that neatly arranged life into a mirage. Created in 2019 in his student bedroom, Yot Club is a project with lo-fi sounds rooted in a dreamlike haze. His single 'YKWIM' quickly went viral on TikTok with over a billion streams.
