The Australian Pink Floyd Show

The Australian Pink Floyd Show, or more frequently called Australian Pink Floyd Show, Aussie Floyd or TAPFS, is an Australian cover band, originally from Adelaide, South Australia, formed in 1988. It pays tribute to the British progressive and psychedelic rock band Pink Floyd. Their shows attempt to recreate the look, feel and sound of Pink Floyd's performances, using visual aids such as lasers, inflatables and a large display panel. The Australian Pink Floyd Show have played in several venues around the world. They are recognised by the band Pink Floyd for their artistry.

The band is known for reproducing the nuances of Pink Floyd's work. Steve Mac's guitar rig closely resembles David Gilmour's, and includes custom-made elements produced by Pete Cornish, who has worked extensively with Gilmour. The band collaborates with people who have worked with Pink Floyd over the years, including Colin Norfield, who worked as a sound engineer for David Gilmour in his solo career and for Pink Floyd during their 1994 The Division Bell tour, and Clive Brooks – Nick Mason's long-time drum technician. The band has been described as the "absolute benchmark" by The Times and hailed as "kings of their genre" by the Daily Mirror.

The show includes a round screen with intelligent lights arranged all around it. During a concert, films and animations are displayed on the screen, complementing the sound of the show and the band's lights. Inflatables (such as the pig used by Pink Floyd during The Division Bell tour, and Skippy, their own giant pink kangaroo, from the Australian television series Skippy the Bush Kangaroo) are frequently used in the band's shows.
