La Fête de l’Humanité is an unmissable cultural, political, and popular event! The largest cultural gathering in France, the 2025 edition, which sold out, made a strong impression by bringing together 610,000 people over three days. The next edition will take place on September 11, 12, and 13, 2026, at Base 217, in Le Plessis-Pâté. Organised annually by the newspaper L’Humanité, usually on the second weekend of September, La Fête de l’Humanité was founded in 1930 by Marcel Cachin, then director of the newspaper. Over time, it has established itself as an essential event, both political and cultural.
