Carpet, a fridge, cowboys, monsters, and a topsy-turvy narrative: Marc Lacourt savours the pleasure of forming a group in this waltz of bodies and objects for six dancers, which has fun with everything, even fears! Things fall from the sky, they play with falls and imbalances, they summon hideous monsters, they choose gentleness. The story is put together backwards in a joyful narrative chaos. This waltz maintains the fire of the mystery of creation as much as it questions our relationship with difference. Always with art history – from caves to surrealism – as the common thread of the transgressive and the initiatory. An animistic ritual overflowing with poetry.
