Late opening until 10:00 PM on Mondays (No weekly closing day). Closed on December 25. Exceptional opening on December 24 and 31, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Last entry 45 minutes before closing. Andy Warhol. La Ligne et l'Image. From September 16, 2026 to January 10, 2027.
Dedicated to Warhol's drawings, the exhibition reveals a continuous practice, essential to understanding his work. Trained in illustration, the artist never stopped drawing, even after adopting the mechanical processes that marked his work.
Drawing thus appears as a constant place of experimentation, where images are constructed and a singular visual thought unfolds.
By bringing together a significant collection of sheets, some of which are previously unseen, as well as works related to this practice, the exhibition highlights the continuity of his work throughout the years.
