The King of Sicily is suddenly convinced that his wife is cheating on him with his closest friend. From this consuming jealousy springs a succession of dramas that profoundly disrupt the destiny of all the protagonists.

But sixteen years later, Shakespeare thwarts expectations and shifts his narrative towards an astonishing rebirth.

In this condensed adaptation of Le Conte d'hiver, a rare and little-known work from the Shakespearean repertoire, four performers bring fifteen characters to life and masterfully navigate the registers of tragedy, comedy, and wonder.

After captivating the Clichy audience with his one-man show Dans 5 heures, Clichy-based actor and director Fitzgerald Berthon returns to Clichy with his company to present this sensitive and inventive creation.

Hosted in the exceptional setting of the Pavillon Vendôme courtyard, this show offers a unique encounter between one of Shakespeare's texts and the intimacy of a place steeped in history.
