Danse thérapie en famille

For 1 hour 30 minutes, 6 parent-child duos aged 4 to 6 are invited to dance, play, invent, and share a sensitive and joyful moment centred around movement.

This inclusive workshop welcomes children with and without disabilities, fostering encounters, diversity, and discovery of others through dance.

Together, parents and children can experience the pleasure of movement, develop their imagination, strengthen their bond, and enjoy a joyful and accessible physical experience. No prerequisites are necessary: just come as you are, with a desire to move and connect.

Julie is a Dance Therapist, practitioner in artistic mediations, and facilitator of body expression workshops for families.

Through a sensitive, playful, and creative approach, she supports children and adults in sharing a privileged space-time, exploring the connection to oneself, to others, and to the body in motion, within a suitable and safe framework. Her approach is rooted in dance therapy.

It connects danced movement, bodily awakening, and play, serving the parent-child relationship, shared pleasure, and creativity in motion.

The child's overall development is supported through danced play, and parents experience movement as a mode of expression, presence, and connection.
