La Graine d'oreille

What if a seed grew on a storyteller's ear, to make stories blossom again? A magical pop-up book, a tender and poetic tale for children aged 2 to 12.

Once upon a time, there was a storyteller… But alas… no one listened to him anymore. Children no longer sat around him, stories had no place. But one morning, a seed grows… right there, on his ear. A curious and mysterious seed that grows… that transforms… And little by little, imagination takes root again, stories return, more beautiful, more vivid, more magical! With poetry and tenderness, “La Graine d’oreille” takes us on a journey where books open like landscapes, where objects come to life, where words re-blossom between generations. A show where you listen with your eyes, where you watch with your heart. A dream made of paper, puppets and voices, to restore magic to listening, and light to speech. Open your ears wide… A story is growing. This show is presented as part of the Parisian festival of young audience shows “L’été des p’tits futés” organised by the Théâtre Darius Milhaud, located next to the Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
