MEMENTO • Spectacle des MazelFreten

After the electro success of "Rave Lucid", the MazelFreten company returns to the roots of its choreographic identity – the hybridisation between hip-hop and electro dance – with this piece in the form of a manifesto.

Performed by six artists from China, Russia, Cape Verde, Spain and France, MEMENTO is an explosion of collective energy where rhythms, bodies and cultures intertwine. On a white carpet bathed in light, gestures respond to each other, seek each other out and unite, drawing a sensitive and hopeful fresco. MEMENTO is much more than a show: it is a breath of humanity and joy, a celebration of the collective and the freedom to be in motion. Structured and atmospheric, punctuated by sensitive discoveries, particularly related to arm work, this piece, with which the duo intends to share its values, including contemplation and poetry, is enjoyed to electro-acoustic music.
