After a SOLD OUT first edition that brought together dancers and enthusiasts, The Mobb is Calling returns for a second edition.

To mark La Place's 10th anniversary, the UNITS collective has been invited to take charge of a new 'carte blanche' event, conceived as a highlight for meeting, sharing, and collective energy. The programme includes jams, freestyle, shows, and battles, in a format that gives as much space to performance as it does to exchange. Whether you come to dance, support the participants, or simply discover new worlds, The Mobb is Calling is above all a moment where styles intersect, where generations meet, and where everyone can find their place. More than an event, The Mobb is Calling is a space for expression and transmission. An opportunity to highlight the Hip-Hop community, to celebrate its actors, and to keep alive a culture founded on collectivity, respect, and the joy of dancing. Whether you are an experienced dancer, an amateur, or simply curious, take the call.

About Units

UNITS is a collective composed of seven artists, dancers, performers, and choreographers from the underground Hip-Hop scene. United by a common passion for dance and Hip-Hop culture, they are now among the essential figures on the French and international scene. Born from a desire to make visible the journeys of women in a still largely masculine world, the collective advocates a committed approach to creation, where performance becomes a space for representation, transmission, and dialogue. Through their projects, its members contribute to changing perceptions of women's place in Hip-Hop culture and to valuing the plurality of journeys that compose it. Through formats combining creation, performance, and events, UNITS celebrates the richness of the Hip-Hop community and carries a simple message: « Nous sommes là.  » (We are here.)
