Nocturne

Phia Ménard never ceases to dazzle us with her ability to bring materials to life and make worlds emerge. With Nocturne (Parade), she pushes the magic a little further, transforming the space into a living arena, animated by breath.

In a circular setup, the wind awakens multiple figures that take shape before us. The stage then transforms into an unstable landscape, subjected to an invisible force.

A mysterious, troubling universe appears, resonating strangely with our era, traversed by profound climatic and political upheavals. There is no linear narrative, but fragments, flashes.

To a powerful soundtrack, plastic puppets, animal forms, and human silhouettes come to life in a continuous flow, between grace and unease.

The third part of the Pièces du Vent, this show creates a rare sensory experience, where the imagination opens a breach to think differently about the present.
